What’s the route like?

Stage 1: run / hike 4 km to Loch Lomond
Stage 2: 1.2 km kayak / canoe Loch Lomond
Stage 3: 12km hike of Ben LomondnStage 4: 1.2 km kayak / canoe Loch Lomond
Stage 5: run / hike 4km back to camp

NB: All IGO Weekend Challenge routes are designed so that the distance, the elevation gain and the disciplines ensure that the quickest IGOer would finish in around 4 hours and the seasonal hiker pace would finish in around 7- 8 hours.
